Dr. Tom Srebrnjak
Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Tom attended the University of Toronto where he completed his Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and graduated top of his class receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
When not practicing his passion for dentistry, he also enjoys creative cooking, tinkering with vintage cars and watching classic black and white films. Music appreciation, including all genres, is a joy. During the quiet times on a snowy, blustery day, a good book about local Canadian history shared with his two dogs, Benson and Abigail is always a pleasure. Having a life-long love of music, Dr. Tom is also a classically trained musician having studied for ten years at the Ontario Conservatory of Music.

- Recipient of the Dean’s Gold Medal for outstanding academic achievement in dental school
- Recipient of Ontario Dental Association Proficiency Award
- Recipient of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity Award for highest standing in four years of dental school
- Recipient of the Crown and Bridge Study Club Award
- Inaugurated into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honour Dental Society
- Currently enrolled in the Misch International Implant Institute of Canada
Dr. Lori Derkach
A native of Leamington, Ontario, Dr. Lori attended the University of Western Ontario on scholarship completing her Bachelors of Science Degree in Physiology. She went on to the University of Toronto where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
Dr. Lori embraces an integrative approach to dental health—combining modern dental techniques with complementary healthy lifestyle choices to create a balanced approach to maintaining dental health as well as overall health. With minimally invasive techniques, the use of lasers where appropriate, and preventive treatments both in office and at home, Dr. Lori’s goal is to create optimal dental health for her patients with the most conservative treatment.
Dr. Lori enjoys decorating—she’s taken courses in acrylic painting and artistic photography techniques, and is proud to have designed the interior decor at Dentistry 390. She tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle through yoga, organic gardening and playing with her two dogs, Benson and Abigail.

- Attended Enhanced Orthodontics training by Dr. Robert C. Wilson
- Attended Biomechanics and Esthetic Strategies in Clinical Orthodontics by Dr. Ravindra Nanda
- Completed Continuing Education Program from the Faculté for Orthodontic Research and Continuing Education (F.O.R.C.E.)
- Laser dentistry training with the Picasso, Zolar and Lightwalker lasers
