Dentistry 390 is seeking an ideal candidate for a Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

Our current Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator is leaving to move back to her hometown to be with family. Although we are very sad to see her go and will miss her dearly, we are happy for her and our entire team wishes her the very best!

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be able to utilize your welcoming voice to make our patients feel at home. As a Treatment Coordinator, your caring one on one conversations will educate our patients about their treatment options and support them during the completion of their dental work.

Your role would be developing relationships with Dentistry 390’s patients by providing administrative support, by coordinating and communicating treatment plans and by collaborating with our team so that every patient encounter with Dentistry 390 is enhanced.

This role encompasses both reception duties along with treatment coordinating, where you can explain and walk patients through their treatment plan. From insurance information to treatment options, your role will ensure that they have the best experience and outcome. Your partnership in their health, from their first phone call to the completion of their treatment will give you the satisfaction of knowing you made a difference in their life.
